     Kuldeep Yadav the 28-Year-Old’s becomes fastest Indian to 50 wickets in T20Is.Kuldeep reached the milestone in his 30th T20I match for India, going past teammate Yuzvendra Chahal, who picked 50 T20I wickets in 34 matches.

     He achieved this milestone in the third match against West Indies on 8th August Tuesday at Providence Stadiun Guyana.

     49th wicket 14.1 to N Pooran, Kuldeep wins the battle. Slower through the air. But flatter too. Lands fullish on off and Pooran doesn’t get to the pitch of the ball in time. Ball turns away, past the edge, and Samson has ample time to knock the bails off..  West Indies 105/3.

     On Tuesday (August 8). Yadav was the pick of Indian bowlers in the ‘must-win’ game, taking three crucial wickets for 28 runs in a spell of 4 overs. By virtue of his remarkable spell, Kuldeep completed 50 wickets in T20 International cricket and wrote his name in the history books.

     The 28-year-old has become the fastest Indian bowler to take 50 wickets in T20 International cricket, surpassing his teammate Yuzvendra Chahal, who made this record in November 2019. Kuldeep Yadav had missed the second T20I vs West Indies after taking a blow in the nets.

     Kuldeep Yadav completed fifty T20 International wickets in just 30 matches. The Chinaman bowler made his debut in T20Is for India in 2017. Yuzvendra Chahal, who previously held this record, completed 50 T20I wickets in 34 matches. Jasprit Bumrah (50 wickets in 41 matches), at present, is ar number three in this list. Yuzvendra Chahal, currently the highest wicket-taker for India in T20 International cricket, gave away 33 runs in his 4 overs in the third T20 against the West Indies but failed to get any wicket.

     The 28-year-old Kuldeep, who missed the previous game due to a sore thumb, returned back into the playing 11 of the 3rd match, dished out a brilliant performance as he spun a web around Windies batters with the wickets of Brandon King, Nicholas Pooran, and Johnson Charles. He returned impressive figures in a must-win match for India, conceding 28 runs in his four overs for three wickets.

      Kuldeep is the third on the list (full members sides) behind Ajanta Mendis (26) and Ireland pacer Mark Adair (28).

      Dhruvkumar Maisuria of Botswana is the quickest to reach the milestone of 50 T20I wickets, in 22 matches. Among ICC Full-Member nations, Sri Lanka’s Ajantha Mendis holds the record for picking 50 wickets in 26 T20Is.

      Further, Kuldeep Yadav is fourth on the list of bowlers to take fewest balls to pick 50 T20I wickets. Ajantha Mendis, The Sri Lankan  “mystery spinner” took just 600 balls to pick his 50th T20I wicket. Mark Adair (620) and Lungi Ngidi (624) follow him on the second and third spots respectively. Kuleep achieved the feat on his 638th delivery in T20I cricket. Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga picked his 50 wickets in 660 balls.

      Kuldeep is the second-fastest to 50 wickets in terms of innings taken among bowlers of top ten teams. Mendis again leads the chart with just 26 innings to 50 wickets and is followed by Kuldeep (29) and Hasaranga (30).

      The Uttar Pradesh chinaman bowlers looking in good form. He picked seven wickets in three matches in the preceding ODI series. In the ongoing T20I series, the 28-year-old has picked four wickets in two matches at an average of 12. He did not play in the second T20I. India brought him back in the eleven of the third T20I in place of Ravi Bishnoi.

      He wrote his name in the record books by becoming the fastest Indian bowler to complete 50 wickets in the T20 Internationals.

      After missing the second T20I due to an injury, Kuldeep Yadav returned to the Indian side for the third match. Two-down in the series, India need to win all three matches to win the series.

      Hardik Pandya got Kuldeep to bowl just after the powerplay but took him off after his first over went for 12. He was recalled in the 11th over, where he gave away only three runs and trapped Johnson Charles leg-before.

      Nicholas Pooran was in ominous form, took Kuldeep in the next over and smashed a six over long-on and reverse slog-sweeping over cover for four off consecutive balls.

      But Kuldeep had his revenge in his final over, where he claimed two wickets and conceded only one run. He beat Pooran [ 20 runs in 12 balls ] in flight to have him stumped and caught Brandon King [ 42 runs in 42 balls ] off his own bowling [ caught and bold ] to finish with 3-28 from four overs.

      Kuldeep reached the 50-wicket milestone after the triple strike. When he made his debut in the format in 2017, speculation about his novel style of bowling, left-arm wrist spin, had already begun. Despite his low points, he still managed to break an Indian record.

Mendis reached the milestone in the semi-final of T20 World Cup 2012 against Pakistan. The mystery spinner took a couple of scalps for 27 in 4 overs.

Mark Adair, representing Ireland, claims the second position with an impressive record of achieving 50 T20I wickets in just 28 matches. Adair’s pace and swing have been crucial for Ireland’s bowling attack, and his swift ascent to this milestone showcases his impact on the team’s performance. Adair attained the feat in the T20 World Cup 2021 during the group match against Sri Lanka. He had taken 2 wickets for 35 in his quota of 4 overs.

     Kuldeep’s recent achievement cements his place as the third-fastest bowler on this prestigious list. As mentioned above, Kuldeep reached the landmark in the 3rd T20I versus West Indies where he took 3 for 28 in 4 overs.

Tahir’s energetic celebrations and leg-spin prowess have made him a vital component of the South African team. The veteran achieved the milestone during South Africa’s tour of New Zealand in February 2017. In the 2nd T20I, Tahir bagged a 5-fer for 24 runs in 3.5 deliveries.

The leggie accomplished the feat during the first T20I against Bangladesh on June 03 2018. In that match, Rashid took 3/13 in 3 overs.

     One of the few china-man bowlers had played international cricket Kuldeep Yadav is one of them and he is remarkable yet.

     In a match where West Indies elected to bat first, their opening pair of Kyle Mayers and Brandon King got off to a great start, amassing runs against India’s bowling attack at a steady clip. Mayers was removed for 25 runs in the eighth over, but Axar Patel’s spin proved to be his downfall.

     Kuldeep Yadav’s prowess emerged in the fascinating game as he helped India’s efforts by taking three wickets. His fellow countrymen Axar Patel and Mukesh Kumar both contributed significantly by taking one wicket each. On the other team, Brandon King led the West Indies in scoring with a good 42 runs off 42 deliveries.
